Sides library
One list of the sides the kitchen offers, to put on dishes without retyping them
Picking a side in the dish editor copies its name and price onto that dish. Editing one here changes what the next dish gets — it doesn't reprice dishes that already have it, and deleting one here doesn't remove it from any dish.
