Collection is free from RM16, Grays whatever the basket comes to. Choose it at checkout and come at the slot you picked — it's a kitchen, not a counter, so there's nothing to collect without an order.

Track it with your order number — it's on your receipt and starts with NK. That page shows the same thing we'd read out to you.
Something's wrong with it
Missing, cold, or not what you ordered — email us the same day with your order number and we'll put it right. What we do about it.
Catering & big trays
Trays feed 10 to 60 and we cook to the size of the room. Tell us the date, the headcount and where — what we do for events.
Do you deliver to me?
We cover Thurrock, and the checkout says so before you pay. Areas, fees and times — and if you're further out, ask anyway, because we travel for the big ones.
Allergies
Every dish lists its allergens on its own page. We cook in one kitchen, so if a reaction would be severe, read this and write to us before ordering rather than leaving a note in a box.

A copy of what we hold, or a deletion, goes to info@niitoskitchen.com and we answer inside a month. Privacy notice.
